Dr. Art's Guide to Planet Earth
I worked for 20+ years at WestEd (wested.org). In the late 1990s, we partnered with national environmental education organizations. At that time, they mostly focused on local environmental issues. I contributed a focus on climate change, ozone hole and loss of global biodiversity.
I also was helping the Utah State Department of Education to develop a new 9th grade Earth Science course. Both of these experiences inspired me in the year 2000 to write this book. We printed 100,000 copies. I have 4 books left. Book is still available from used book outlets.
